Should you wish to cancel your ticket please notify the Workshop Secretariat in advanced via email explaining the reasons as to why, otherwise a penalty will be incurred to the ticket holder preventing him/ her from attending any future workshops organised by us in the subsequent three years. On the other hand, if you wish to pass on your ticket to a substitute delegate an authorization letter from the original ticket holder should also be sent to the Workshop Secretariat.

Yes, to secure your accommodation it is important that you fully register for the Workshop and receive a confirmation email. The hotel room will be booked by the Workshop Secretariat. It will be centrally located in Hotel in Barcelona, with easy access to public transport, shops and restaurants. The organization reserves the right to accommodate participants in a different hotel/ hotel group given a last minute/ unforeseen/ unexpected occurrence/ setback.
