PRACTICAL INFO

This year, the annual meeting “Update on Clinical Topics in Antiretroviral Therapy workshop“ will be offered as a face-to-face event, at Recinte Modernista de Sant Pau, Barcelona.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
The workshop organisation will provide a certificate of attendance after completing a feedback form.

CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION ACCREDITATION
Clinical Topics in Antiretroviral Therapy workshop (5th Edition) has been submitted for accreditation by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME) to provide CME credits for medical specialists.

CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The workshop will be held in English.

INVITATION LETTERS
An official invitation letter can be issued by the Workshop Secretariat to help demonstrate registration to the workshop and help overcome any administrative difficulties posed. The letters will only be issued once your registration has been made and only if requested.

PAYMENT AND ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
Registration to this workshop is free of charge but registration is required.

When completing the registration form, a confirmation email with a QR code will be sent to your account upon registration. You will have to show the day of the event to access the venue. If for some reason you have not received an email a day after the registration took place please contact us at 

SAFETY AND PREVENTION PROTOCOL – COVID-19

Recommendations for participants:

  • Wear a mask over your nose and mouth
  • Avoid greeting others with physical contact (for example, handshakes)

  • Stay at home if you have tested positive for COVID-19, are waiting for COVID-19 test results, have COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for or who has symptoms of COVID-19.
